IZO-MARKET
Insulation materials supplier with its own factory and 7 branches across Kazakhstan.
Contractors order 5–30 items at a time, but the site hid prices and its WhatsApp button went nowhere. We built a catalog where a full order reaches a manager’s WhatsApp in one tap.
Unsolicited redesign concept. We audited the public website and built a working alternative. IZO-MARKET is not a client of duzu.

Problems found
- 01
The floating WhatsApp button on every page linked to “#” — the most visible button on the site did nothing.
- 02
Prices were hidden in the catalog; you had to open each product to see one.
- 03
No way to order several items at once — only a generic “leave a request” form.
- 04
Link previews in WhatsApp and Telegram pointed to a developer test domain; no sitemap, and robots.txt blocked the theme files.
- 05
A heavy homepage: 88 files and 5.7 MB, with a server response of about 1.6 seconds.
What we built
A quote cart that sends to WhatsApp
Add products with quantities, tap once, and a formatted order with name, company, city and estimated total lands in the manager’s WhatsApp.
Prices on every card
178 real prices from their catalog; products without one get a one-tap “ask on WhatsApp”.
Help for buyers who don’t know product names
Instant search, “What are you insulating?” entry points and a calculator that turns an area into packs and a price, then adds it to the quote.
7 branches, two languages
A city switcher changes phone numbers, emails and hours across the site, in Russian and Kazakh.
