Ven Estetik
Beauty and skin-care salon in Nilüfer, Bursa, with separate female and male specialists.
Visitors browse at night on their phones, but the only way to book was to call one of three numbers. We rebuilt the site around one action: book.
Unsolicited redesign concept. We audited the public website and built a working alternative. Ven Estetik is not a client of duzu.

Problems found
- 01
No online booking. Visitors could only call — and the site listed three different phone numbers.
- 02
Service texts contradicted each other: one treatment was described two different ways, and two procedure pages described cosmetic products instead.
- 03
The “Our work” page was empty, and the same About text repeated two or three times on every page.
- 04
No SEO basics: no image alt text, no share previews, no structured data, no sitemap, and robots.txt returned a 404.
- 05
An unrelated supplement banner on the homepage, next to mostly generic stock photos.

What we built
Booking is always one tap away
A sticky booking button in the header, a Call / WhatsApp / Book bar on phones, and a booking form on every service page that sends to WhatsApp.
15 treatment pages for local search
One page per treatment, each written for what people in Bursa search for, with process, aftercare and FAQ.
Consultation first
A four-step process built around the salon’s real skin-analysis device, so first-time visitors know what to expect.
Their real salon
Real photos of the reception and treatment rooms, and a section on their separate female and male specialists — rare in Bursa.

Tech & SEO notes
- BeautySalon, Service, FAQPage and Breadcrumb structured data, sitemap and robots.txt.
- 301 redirects from every old service URL, so existing rankings carry over.
- Their existing analytics kept, with calls, WhatsApp taps and booking requests tracked as events.
